Returns and replacements:

To return your item, follow the instructions for returning it via the same carrier that delivered it.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, or altered, and with all tags attached. Please also include all boxes and protective sleeves.

Each order contains only one pre-paid label or QR code, so items must be returned in one package.

Returns of orders by the customer must be made exclusively via the courier that delivered the order .

Exchanges are only accepted if they originate from the same country as the delivery. For example, if the products were delivered to Italy, we will only accept the exchange from Italy. Otherwise, the return will not be free (import and shipping costs will be charged).

Personalized items cannot be returned.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used.

When returning items received in separate packages, please carefully pack them in their original packaging and use the respective label for each package.
